Tournament Info

KYHS is proud to host 8 premier JV Basketball teams from Yeshiva high schools around the country.

The tournament has two phases: Pool Play followed by Championship Tueday.  

All teams within each Pool (see below) will play each other once, with one game played Sunday, and two more played on Monday.  At the completion of the Pool Play, each team will be ranked based on their result, and all 8 teams will play throughout Championship Tuesday, with the top 2 seeds from each Pool competing towards the Championship. Tie-breakers in seeding will rely on 1) In tournament Head-to-Head results, 2) Total 1st half point differentials, and 3) coin toss.

Each game will consist of a 1st and 2nd half, each of 18-minutes running clock, with traditional clock stoppage during the last 2 minutes of each half. Teams will enter the bonus after the opposing team commits its 9th foul in any half, which will result in 2 free throws.  

All games will be played full court in the newly revamped KYHS gym, with expanded bleachers to accommodate our fans, and will be professionally officiated by FHSAA referees.
